KPS expresses concern over violence on NRC

JAMMU, Dec 23: Kashmiri Pandit Sabha (KPS), Ambphalla, Jammu today raised their concern over the violence being done by forces inimical to sovereignty of India against the NRC and Citizenship Bill passed by the Indian Parliament.
“Political battles lost in Parliament are being brought to streets invoking citizens to violence across India on fake narrative,” the KPS Jammu president, Khosa said.
He said that political parties who hardly voice their concern for lakhs of Hindu Refugees from Kashmir languishing across Globe are very much concerned about vote bank politics causing fear psychology amongst Muslims. Politicians should not project wrong narrative at the cost of national security, he asserted.
Ashok Braroo, speaking on the occasion, castigated the forces trying to destabilize India for political gains. Members voiced their concern about the violence and appealed to all citizens to maintain calm and peace and try to understand the provisions of the Bill.
