RS Pura, Dec 5: Former Minister & chief secretary and independent candidate from R S Pura B R Kundal (MLC) has assured the people to provide corruption free R S Pura if he is elected to Legislative Assembly.
“I am attached with the soil and people of RS Pura and they inspire me to work for the progress of my own people with utmost dedication, honesty and sincerity and without any discrimination” Mr Kundal said while addressing public meetings at Chak Talab and other adjoining villages of RS Pura constituency. Kundal said that he has been attached with RS Pura from very beginning as he was born in RS Pura and spent his childhood here.
He castigated various political parties that keep the welfare of common man at stake for their own petty gains. He further said that to get rid of corruption and bringing transparency in the system is the agenda on which he is contesting in the polls. He added that people pay bribe to get their works done and it has made its root strong in the society. “I would try to give them a corruption- free constituency,” Kundal maintained.
He further said that people are wise enough to choose their candidate for their overall development. “I have done many developmental works like lanes, drains, water, electricity etc and like to make the constituency progressive in coming days”, he added.
He lambasted the successive MLAs for miserable condition of village streets and drains. “Before doing any work of people, I have never asked about the caste as it creates divide and I am here to serve you not to play caste politics”, he added.
He further said that he contributed in the development process and he did a lot for the development. While speaking on the occasion, Panchs and Sarpanch vowed to support B R Kundal in the coming Assembly election. During meetings, people highlighted their problems and sought early disposal of their issues.
He cautioned the people not to fall prey of politicians and parties as they know only to exploit common masses. He appealed people to support him as he believes in action.
