JAMMU, Jan 21: Member Legislative Council (MLC) BR Kundal visited RS Pura constituency and listened to the grievances of the people.
While speaking, people apprised MLC about the problems being faced by them.
They said that due to no proper road to the school the students are facing lots of problems and also that the electricity wires in the area are very old and need immediate changing.
They demanded permanent accommodation for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families and also highlighted pension related problems, which the elders of the area are facing.
MLC gave a patient hearing to their demands and assured that he will take up their issues with the concerned authorities for early redressal.
Among others present were Sarpanch Om Parkash, Naib Sarpanch Satinder Kumar, Rattan Lal, Darshan Lal, Nanak Chand, Bishan Dass, Janak Raj, Sarpanch Davinder Sharma, Sunita Rani, etc.
