UDHAMPUR, July 27: An Investiture Ceremony of Secondary wing was organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) No-1 Udhampur, here today.
Dr R Prasad, Principal K V-1 Udhampur was the chief guest, while Basanti Khampa, Vice Principal was also present on the occasion.
The Ceremony began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest and the other dignitaries, which was followed by Saraswati Vandana presented by students.
Sanjay Purohit, PGT Hindi, coordinated the function and presented welcome address.
Senior most teacher, Vikramaditya distributed badges, sachet and stars to office bearers and house bearers. Then followed the oath taking ceremony.
School Captain (girls) Mehak Biala of Class 12th addressed the students, followed by the blessings of the Principal.
Pradeep Kumar, discipline incharge of the School presented vote of thanks.
