JAMMU, Dec 22: KV No 2 organised Sports Day in its School premises, here today.
Brig Randhir Singh (VSM), Chairman VMC was the chief guest on the occasion, while nominee Chairman Col Kamal Padha was present on the occasion.
Officiating Principal, Rita Bhaskar presented welcome address, which was followed by lighting of the traditional lamp and a short cultural programme.
The chief guest and col Padha released the tricolor balloons to declare the function open.
The March Past contingents included the batches of National Players, NCC Cadets, Integrity Club, Adolescence Club and the various houses of the School.
Various events were held on the occasion and the winners were later-on felicitated by the chief guest and other dignitaries.
Amardeep Kour and Sugandhi Ganjoo conducted the proceedings of the programme, while the cultural items were held under the guidance of Subash Chander, Music Teacher of Vidyalaya.
The sports day was organized under the supervision of Archana Sharma, Sports Teacher.
