JAMMU, July 24: Regional Sports Meet (Athletics and Badminton) – 2024 was inaugurated in PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, GC, CRPF, Bantalab, Jammu here today. 109 students from 19 different Kendriya Vidyalayas of the Jammu Region participated with much fervour and passion.
Manoj Kumar (I/C Principal, PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, GC, CRPF, Bantalab) was the chief guest. During the opening ceremony, a musical feast was presented by the school’s orchestra group.
In his keynote, the chief guest appreciated the enthusiasm amongst the participants and said that we all learn more outside the class through the medium of sports which is like a rejuvenating therapy for all.
He was delighted to see the large number of young children participating enthusiastically. In the end, Kiran (PGT Chemistry) presented a vote of thanks to everyone for their benign presence.
