JAMMU, May 11: Kendriya Vidyalaya Jourian celebrated Annual Day with great pomp and show.
Suresh Chander, SDM Akhnoor and Chairman(N) VMC, KV Jourian was the chief guest while Dr. Kusum Chib, Tehsildar Jourian was the guest of honour.
The programme began with the bouquet presentation to the dignitaries followed by the lighting of the traditional lamp.
Students of KV Jourian presented various items including group songs, folk dances, action songs and an enthusiastic skit on sacrifices made by soldiers.
Tilak Raj, Principal KV Jourian presented the annual report for the year 2015-16.
The chief guest distributed the prizes and certificates among the students
The vote of thanks was presented by Trishana Rajput, TGT English while the proceedings were done by Deep Chander, PRT Music.
