JAMMU, Oct 28: KV No. 1, Gandhi Nagar celebrated the Annual Sports Day with great pomp and show.
On the occasion, TR Choudhary, Principal of the institution was the chief guest, who inaugurated the event by releasing balloons along with other dignitaries.
A short cultural programme was organized with the help of music teacher Jaswinder Singh.
After welcome song and ‘Bhangra’, march past by different houses was presented in a colourful way.
Different events were organized including 50 meters race, 100 meters race, frog race, sack race, tele fun, 3 legged race and relay race both class-wise as well as house-wise.
The programme was anchored and co-ordinated by CCA co-ordinator Yogesh Katyal.
In the end vote of thanks was given by Mohan Lal, Headmaster.
