SRINAGAR, July 23: A labourer was found dead in his rented room in Nawa Kadal, here today.
A police spokesman said that a non local labourer Mohammad Imran Sheikh, son of Abdul Momin resident of Lotiyawari-Purnai, Bihar, presently living as tenant at Nawa Kadal, died under mysterious circumstances in his rented room.
Police has initiated an inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC in this regard.
