KISHTWAR, Mar 4: A lady was injured after being hit by a tipper near new bus stand, here today.
As per police sources, a lady identified as Razia Begum (40), wife of Mohammad Aslam, a resident of Keeru Galhar was injured, when she was hit by a tipper bearing registration number JK17-3099 near new bus stand, here this afternoon.
The injured lady was rushed to District Hospital Kishtwar, from where she was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for advanced treatment.
The driver of the vehicle identified as Dimple Kumar, son of Hari Lal, a resident of Drabshalla has been arrested and the vehicle has been seized.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Kishtwar Police Station and investigation started.
