Though the newly launched Dogra Savabhiman Sangathan is officially a non-political organization, its aim and targets enlisted in the Vision Document clearly speak of its political agenda and future role in political scenario of J&K, particularly in Jammu region.
In jam-packed auditorium of Teacher’s Bhawan in Jammu, Choudhary Lal formally launched the new organization, its Vision Document and also flag of the Sangathan, having three strips of saffron, white and green colour with the figures of a lion and goat drinking water together in the middle. Without naming BJP and Congress, Lal Singh attacked elected representatives of both the parties for their alleged failure to protect the interests and honour of Dogras people. He lamented that even Jammu based  political parties and bureaucrats also allowed  discrimination to happen with people of this region.
“Let Jammu gets its due share and only Jammu officers are posted on the positions here,” he said while advocating for two separate Public Service Commissions and Service Selections Board so that all selections in Jammu are done fairly without any regional bias.
