SRINAGAR, Dec 19: Lander XI won Pulwama District Cricket Tournament by defeating JCC Reds in the final match played at Pulwama, today.
Batting first, JCC Reds scored 109 runs in 20 overs by losing its 5 wickets.
Chasing the target Lander XI managed this target in 19 overs by losing 4 wickets.
Tahir Ahmad of Lander XI was declared as man of the match, while Malik Hilal was chosen as man of the series.
Assistant Labour Commissioner Pulwama, Muzamil Ahmad distributed trophies and other awards among the winners.
