RAMBAN, Sept 30: A mega Loan Mela was organized by Lead Bank (LBO) Ramban on Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) here at Community Hall, Maitra.
MLA Neelam Kumar Langeh presided over the function as chief guest. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were SK Khosla, LDM Ramban, Nikhil Sharma, DDM NABARD, Mohan Singh, FLC Ramban, Shashi Sharma, Chief Manager, JK Bank Ramban and other Branch Managers of JK Bank, PNB, SBI and P&SB along with sarpanchs.
During the mela around 76 loan cases were disbursed by different banks including J&K Bank, SBI, PNB and P&S Bank.
FLC Counsellor, Mohan Singh presented the welcome note and addressed the audience about the concept of PMMY and how they could be benefitted by the scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Ramban encouraged the people to take more and more benefit from such schemes and connect with the Banks. Later, the MLA distributed cheques of MUDRA Yojana among some of the beneficiaries.
