GOOL, Mar 12: Government Degree College, Gool, organized lecture series in collaboration with Department of Life Long Learning, Career Counselling Cell, University of Jammu. Lecturers were held on different topics like career in banking, career in Public Sector, UPSC., SSC, higher education opportunities in national level Universities, health care and legal awareness for the students of the college. Different resource persons like advocates, bank manager, BMO and alumni of JNU and Mumbai University, who are working at Gool in different departments, guided the students in various fields and also shared their experience with staff and students of the college. Dr Chander Shekhar, Principal of the college, exhorted the students to know and use the knowledge and experience of the different resource persons for success in life. He also gave some points for successful life and asked the students to adopt moral values in life. The proceeding of the programme was conducted by Lecturer Bhushan Kumar while the vote of thanks was presented by Dr Malik Yasar Ahmed.
