SRINAGAR, Sept 10: Exercising powers conferred upon him under Section 53 of the State Constitution, Governor, N N Vohra, today issued orders for summoning the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council to meet at Srinagar on October 3 at 10 am and 11 am, respectively.
