UDHAMPUR, Jan 5: Panic gripped Tajoor area of Majalta following killing of several domestic animals by a leopard that has entered the village.
Reports said that five sheep of Yusuf and Bulla Ahmad were killed by the leopard last night while three domestic animals of Bhag Singh were mauled three days earlier.
The villagers have appealed the Wildlife Department to immediately come to their rescue and capture the leopard.
