JAMMU, Nov 28: Little Flower Higher Secondary School Sainik Colony celebrated its Annual Day at General Zorawar Singh auditorium, University of Jammu, here today.
The programme started with the lighting of ceremonial lamp by the chief guest Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Chander Mohan Gupta accompanied by the Principal Kusum Rattanpal and Chairperson Tarun Rattanpal.
The celebrations started with a devotional item Saraswati Vandana by the students of senior girls and it was followed by the captivating items by Nursery to 4th class students.
Later on the celebrations were taken forward with eye opener items to invoke the audience to know the evils of society as child labour, girls exploitation, saving the environment and the will of youth to stand against all the ills of society. The theme of the play left the audience awestruck and spellbound.
The meritorious students from 1st to 11th classes were presented trophies by the JMC Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta.
The program concluded with some encouraging and appreciating words by the Chander Mohan Gupta followed by vote of thanks by S Malhotra, Vice Principal of the School.
