JAMMU, Mar 3: Little Scholar’s Palyway School, Akhnoor celebrated Annual Day with pomp and show in the School premises, here.
BD Sharma, retired Assistant Commisasioner, KVS (Jr) was the chief guest and Geeta Sharma, retired District Youth Services and Sports Officer was the guest of honour on the occasion.
The programme began with the lighting of the traditional lamp by the chief guest, which was followed by Ganesh Vandana.
The students presented variety of cultural items on the occasion to entertain the audience.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest stressed on the need for imparting quality and value oriented education to the students to make them better citizens of tomorrow.
Nirmal Kanta, Principal of the School read out the Annual Report and highlighted the achievements of the School, while Anu Sharma, Vice Principal presented vote of thanks.
