JAMMU, June 27: The “Live Zumba Fitness Concert” organized by SNS–The Fitness Club and Planet Fitness in association with Amar Singh Club Jammu in Super Saturday Series witnessed huge participation of females and children held at Amar Singh Club, here.
On the occasion, Vijay Saraf, Secretary of the club was the chief guest.
The exclusive Zumba fitness sessions were conducted by Zumba expertise namely Zin Aarti Mahajan Dingra, Dr, Himani Bist Parmar and Zin Neha Bhogal who incorporated the global rhythms and contagious choreography with a mix of effective body sculpting movements with easy to follow fun dance steps on numbers like El Teke Teke, Tai Tai Fish and Juntos.
The 90 minutes session was once-in-a-lifetime experience where as many as 75 fineness enthusiasts in most effective and exhilarating way burned hundreds of calories and experienced an extreme energy high like never before. The participants don’t leave only left class sweating after workout but left them just feel happier with jumbo smile on face.
Aarti Mahajan Dingra Certified Zumba Trainer initiated organizing such fitness awareness workshops in the city and is organizing workshops on Super Saturday after every two months time with the sole aim to awake and aware the females towards health & importance of being fit in daily life.
Dr Himani Bist Parmar in her interactive session with participant during workshop said that Zumba fitness in its dancing form is gaining popularity worldwide among people of all age groups.
The concert also marked first performance of Neha Bhogal in the City after being certified as Zumba Trainer.
The Event also featured a live musical harmony presented by The Strings–An Institution of Spanish Guitar in which Naresh Sharma Guitarist, Singer and Musician enthralled the participants along with Anish Matoo and Sahil.
In the end, Manik Dingra presented vote of thanks.
