This is to draw the attention of CAPD authorities towards shortage of cooking gas in the City. One does not know whether there is shortage in real sense or it has been created by the Gas Agencies. The Gas agencies do not supply gas within a specified time. It takes more than 20 days, and in some case 30days to get a cylinder of gas. This too after you make frequent calls to the office or visit them personally. At times they even do not respond to telephone calls. The delay caused by them results in not making use of nine cylinders due to consumers. Thus a consumer gets deprived of his full quota. The Gas Agencies even do not abide by home delivery rules. Many agencyies continue the old practice of delivering cylinders at a specified spot.
Will the authorities look into this problem that has made the life of people quite miserable?
