JAMMU, Dec 18: Luthra Group of Institutions Kachi Chawni and Talab Tillo celebrated its 57th Annual Day function with pomp and show at Luthra Educational Complex Talab Tillo, here today.
On the occasion, the chief guest was MLA Jammu West and State President, BJP, Sat Sharma, while Anil Gupta, Senior BJP leader, Rajeev Luthra Chairman Luthra Public School, Sanjeev Luthra Principal of Luthra Public School Talab Tillo, Anuradha Luthra, Principal Luthra Public Higher Secondary School Kachi Chawni, Ayodhya Ji and Sanjay Baru, Senior BJP Leaders were also present.
Vice Principal Anuradha Kotwal presented the welcome address and the annual report was presented by Sanjeev Luthra, Principal Luthra Public School.
Students from different classes performed various activities like dancing, songs and other items. The amazing kids of Shemrock Angels and Shemrock icons presented dance performance and sweet smiles. The whole function was hosted by Gulshan Rattan and Komal Manhas.
Sat Sharma while speaking emphasized on the value and importance of education. He added he is an alumnus of Luthra Public School and it is a moment of great pleasure to be the chief guest in its function.
During the function, Anuradha Luthra and Rajeev Luthra also presented speeches in the memory of Lt BR Luthra, Chairman Founder of Luthra Group of Institutions.
Later, Sat Sharma awarded the trophies and prizes to the students who excelled in curricular and co-curricular activities.
The function concluded with the vote of thanks by Rajeev Luthra.
