JAMMU, May 2: Depart-ment of Tourism, Kashmir organized mountain biking event at Zabarwan foothills in collaboration with JK Mountain Biking Association.
More then 30 riders from different clubs participated in the event.
Secretary Tourism, Farooq Ahmad Shah flagged off the event in presence of Director Tourism Kashmir, Mahmood Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director Tourism Riyaz Ahmad and Rouf Tramboo President KASTPA.
The riders completed a total journey covering 25 kilometer distance from SKICC via Parimahal, Cheshmashahi, Botanical Garden, Tulip Garden and Kralsangri Baba Gulub Din and returned back through Zabarwan forest.
Mahir Malik, Shahjar Lateef, Rafiq Ahmad and Asrar were declared as best riders.
