REASI, Mar 1: Malik Cricket Club (MCC) will take on President XI Sunderbani in the final of the Reasi Premier League (RPL) T-20 Cricket Tournament tomorrow at sports stadium here.
Earlier, in the second semis, MCC thrashed Muslim Cricket Club by 71 wickets and sailed in the final of the RPL T20 Cricket Tournament, being organized by Sports Club Reasi, here.
Batting first, Malik CC scored 161 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Akshay played a splendid inning of 74 runs, while Sohail smashed some crispy shots and made 41 runs. Puneet added 20 runs to the total.
Abid and Reyaz of Muslim Cricket Club claimed 2 wickets each.
In reply, Muslim CC bundled out at 90 runs by losing 8 wickets in allotted 20 overs, thus lost the match by 71 runs. Reyaz and Ladda scored 14 runs each.
For Malik CC, Sukhee, Rajat and Ankush claimed 2 wickets each.
Akshay was adjudged as Man of the Match for his brilliant half-century.
