UDHAMPUR, Aug 31: Chenani police arrested a man along with 940 litres of diesel.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Chenani police station conducted raid near village Narsoo and seized 940 litres of diesel.
A person was also arrested from the spot, who has been identified as Inderjeet, son of Onkar Singh, a resident of Narsoo.
A case under FIR Number 122/17 under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act has been registered at Chenani police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Chenani Inspector Paramjeet Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Chennani Chanderjit Singh, Additional SP Faisal Qureshi and SSP Udhampur Raies Mohammad Bhat.
