RAMBAN, Aug 19: Batote Police arrested a man for hurting religious sentiments of a particular community.
As per police sources, a man identified as Mohammad Zahid, son of Abdul Rashid Rather of Champa Batote has been arrested for posting objectionable comments on Facebook there by hurting the religious sentiments of a particular community.
A case under FIR Number 48/2020 under sections 295-A and 153-A IPC has been registered at Police Station Batote and investigation started.
