JAMMU, May 21: Bishnah police arrested a man along with 5 litres of illicit liquor, a police official said.
The accused has been identified as Baldev Raj, son of Kalu Ram of Buland Kothey, Bishnah.
Bishnah police had taken cognizance in this regard.
