DODA, May 13: Bhaderwah police arrested a man and recovered 38 pouches of illicit liquor pouches from his possession, a police official said.
The arrested person has been identified as Vishal, son of Debi Ram, a resident of Dhalian tehsil Bhaderwah, official said.
A case under FIR Number 62/18 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bhaderwah Inpector Muneer Khan made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Bhaderwah Brijesh Sharma, Additional SP Bhaderwah Rajinder Singh and SSP Ramban Mohammad Shabir.
