JAMMU, May 14: A man died today under mysterious circumstances at Greater Kailash in city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Narinder Singh (45) son of Harnam Singh, a resident of Greater Kailash, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence, this morning.
“After conducting post mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites”, he said, adding a case in this connection was registered at concerned police station and inquest proceedings initiated under Section 174 CrPC.
“Prima facie, it appears that the man died of poison but actual reasons of death could be known only after the post mortem report comes out”, he further added.
