JAMMU, May 6: Akhnoor police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, during patrolling, a team from Akhnoor police station apprehended a man along with 40 pouches of illicit liquor.
The accused has been identified as Puran Chand, son of Aatma Ram, a resident of Kharah Balli.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Akhnoor police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Akhnoor Inspector Pushpinder Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Akhnoor Gurinder Pal Singh and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
