JAMMU, Mar 1: In a fight over a property dispute, a man was injured in an attack on him by his three brothers in his house at Nanak Nagar today.
According to police, Gurdeep Singh son of Gurmukh Singh, aged 50, a resident of Sector No. 10, Nanak Nagar was attacked with a sharp edged weapon by his three brothers. He was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) but was discharged after the treatment.
A FIR No. 43/2014 under Section 307 has been lodged at Gandhi Nagar police station against the accused for investigation.
The accused have been identified as Jagdish Singh, Harjeet Singh and Surinder Singh.
