SAMBA, July 23: Tilak Raj, son of Gouri Shanker of Birpur in Samba district who was seriously injured in a clash with his brother and cousins few days back breathed his last at GMC late last night.
His body was handed over to his family members by Bari Brahmana Police after completion of mall legal formalities for cremation.
The Bari Brahmna Police has registered a case under Section 302 and started investigation. However no arrest was made so far. Earlier the police had registered a case under Section 307 but after the death of the victim, police registered the case under Section 302.
