SRINAGAR, May 9: A man was injured in a road accident in Srinagar on Thursday evening after a minibus skidded off the road at Polo Ground here.
A police spokesman said a Tata 407 minibus, JK01D/3370, skidded off the road near Mughal Darbar restaurant Kothibagh, in which a man identified as Farooq Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat of Dalgate.
“The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment, and police has registered a case in this regard,” the spokesman claimed.
