JAMMU, Dec 20: Manjeet Singh, general secretary, J&K Korfball Association was elected Secretary Korfball Federation of India (KFI) in the election held at Delhi.
Manjit Singh won the election by eighteen votes to fourteen (18-14) against Jasbir Singh of Assam Korfball Association.
MP Rajya Sabha, K D Singh of Delhi Korfball Association was elected president, while Sumeer Roop Singh of Madhya Pradesh Korfball Association was elected vice president.
Other office bearers included Praveen Manwatkar of Maharashtra Korfball Association, vice president, D N Kar of HP Korfball Association, general secretary, Debjyoti Dev of Jharkhand Korfball Association, secretary, Satish Mehta of Bihar Korfball, Jt secretary, Suman Nayak of Bihar Korfball Association, Jt Secretary and S Sarvanan of Tamil Nadu Korfball Association, Jt Secretary.
