JAMMU, Sept 14: Former Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand said today that Master Vijay Kumar, whose house was yesterday raided by the Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) in connection with Jammu and Kashmir Police Sub Inspectors exam leakage, was not
his Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Tara Chand said order of Master Vijay Kumar was never issued by the General Administration Department as his PRO.
Officials, however, confirmed that Master Vijay Kumar was PRO of Tara Chand.
