JAMMU, Sept 23: Media XI Cricket Club (Media XI) defeated Indian Cricket Club (ICC) by 7 wickets at Forest Ground Sidhra, here today wherein Media XI skipper Yash Khajuria was adjudged man of the match for his spectacular bowling performance.
Batting first, ICC bundled out at 114 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, wherein Shubam made 29 runs, while Mohit, Akhil and Rahul contributed 19, 15 and 13 runs respectively. From the bowling side, Yash Khajuria claimed 4 wickets, while Arun and Nitin clinched two and one wickets, respectively.
In reply, Media XI chased down the target in the 12th over with the loss of 3 wickets and registered 7 wickets win over ICC, wherein Sunil Bali made 50 runs and Dev Thakur contributed 25 runs.
