Medical camp held at Kargil

KARGIL, July 12: Under the Operation Sadbhavana, Indian Army’s 192 Tiger Hill Brigade, Behma has organized a medical camp and distributed wheelchairs and hearing aids among beneficiaries.
In the run-up to the 24th Kargil ‘Vijay Diwas’, Indian Army in collaboration with Spreading Smile Charitable Trust  and Rewa Society distributed wheelchairs, walking stick,  hearing aid, and other equipments to disabled persons of Aryan belt, Batalik Sector, Kargil ,Drass , Sankoo , Batilik and Hanu.
Chairman and  Chief Executive Councillor, Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan was the chief guest  and  Mohit  Saxena of Brigade Behma were guest of honour while special guest on the occasion was Dr. Nishtha Dhadkan.
About 300 differently-abled children, army officers, local residents were present on this occasion where a colorful cultural programme was organized by Army Jawans and the peoples of Aryan culture troops.
Medical camp was organized by military hospital Achini Thang where hearing aid and other equipment were distributed by Feroz Ahmad Khan, Mohit Saxena and Dr. Nishtha Dhadkan.
