JAMMU, Apr 29: Taking forward its endeavour to explore the education and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner by organizing cultural and technical festivals, seminars etc, Vaishno Group’s College of Engineering organized “Mega Job Fair”,one of its kind job fair where more than 20 companies participated.
This was the first ever job fair on such a large level that has happened in Pathankot and its adjoining areas. Various multinationals like Suninspires, Intellsense, Milap Group, Conjoinix, V-Aventures, Simply Signin,Cql Sys, Hind Engineering Pvt Ltd, TTS Network, Jetking, Exotic and Bajaj Alliance selected a number of students and offered deserving packages to them. Job opportunities were available for B.Tech, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, Diploma/ITI etc.
At the end of the job fair a pleasant result was there …. 80 students were selected of Vaishno Group of Colleges and other nearby colleges, appeared in Aptitude test, Group discussion and then Personal interview. Students were very excited and happy to get good placement.
Varun Gupta and Rahul Pathania, Directors, Vaishno Group of Colleges interacted with the HR’s of the companies present and took feedback from them. Representatives from the companies showed interest in the talent pool available at Vaishno Group of Colleges and appreciated the efforts made by the management and faculty of the college.
