Srinagar, Sept 17: A three day sports festival being organized by District Police Srinagar in which around 600 boys and girls will take part started in Srinagar’s Bakshi Stadium today.
The event is being held in Bakshi Stadium and Indoor Stadium in Srinagar. It commences today and will culminate on September 19. The sports festival was inaugurated by Ghulam Hassan Bhat, DIG CKR Srinagar.
Senior police and security force officers besides other dignitaries were present during the opening ceremony at indoor stadium.
During the three days sport’s event, around 600 boys and girls from different schools will take part in various and games and sports activities like Football, Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Martial Arts- Wushu, Taekwondo and other athletic events.
