Mentally unstable man treated, reunited with family

REASI, Aug 30: A mentally unstable man from Bihar, who had inadvertently reached Reasi, was treated and also reunited with his family due to timely intervention of the District administration here.
The man, Kishan Mukhiya, hailing from Madhubani, Bihar, had met with an accident in Delhi and got serious physical injuries, particularly to the head and limbs, as a result of which he lost his mental stability too. He somehow found his way to Reasi where he was found in the streets by one Puneet, a Railways employee, who reported the matter to Deputy Commissioner Reasi.
Thereafter the man was shifted sequentially to SMVD Narayana hospital and then to the Government Psychiatric Facility, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. Due to the timely intervention of the district administration, which also saw active involvement of the Divisional Red Cross Society, the patient regained his consciousness and revealed his whereabouts.
Now Kishan has been reunited with his family and his physical condition has also improved.
