JAMMU, Dec 27: MIER College’s School of Social Sciences and Humanities (SOSSH) hosted a transformative workshop focused on “Personality Development,” aimed at empowering its students with vital skills and insights to enrich their personal and professional trajectories.
Guided by Abha Chaudhary, a Master Trainer and Senior Image Consultant from Chandigarh, the workshop provided a comprehensive platform for self-discovery and development. Chaudhary, who is also an alumna of the college (1988-89 Batch) is renowned for her expertise in the field, adeptly mentored the students, offering invaluable guidance throughout the workshop.
The four-day workshop delved into multifaceted aspects of personality development, covering topics such as effective communication, self-confidence enhancement, professional etiquette, and personal branding. Through a series of interactive sessions, role-playing activities, and practical exercises, students were equipped with practical skills and insights essential for their holistic growth.
Principal, Prof. Adit Gupta, expressed his enthusiasm for the workshop’s success, stating, “The Personality Development workshop was a fantastic opportunity for the students to engage with industry experts and acquire invaluable skills necessary for their future endeavours.
