JAMMU, Sept 19: Milchaar Cricket Club drubbed MKB Cricket Club by 5 wickets in a low scoring match of the ongoing Ist Inter-State Koushur Cricket Tournament, being held at Mohan Meakins ground, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh.
Put into bat MKB Club scored a paltry total of 86 runs in 18 overs. Vishal Dulloo was the top scorer with 44 runs, while Rahul and Sachin contributed 14 and 10 runs to the total respectively. For Milchaar Club, Rajesh Raina and Sunil Bhat scalped 3 wickets each, while Santosh claimed one wicket.
In reply, Milchaar Club chased the required target in 17 overs, losing 5 wickets in the process, thus won the match by 5 wickets. Rahul Ganjoo was the top scorer with 36 runs, while Sunil Pandita and Rajesh Raina contributed 24 and 6 runs to the total respectively. Rahul Ganjoo was adjudged man of the match for his good batting display.
The match was officiated by Ashok Kumar and Zait as umpires, while Jatinder Sadhu was the scorer.
