SRINAGAR, Nov 5: A minor boy was killed and 20 persons injured in two separate road accidents across the Valley today.
A police spokesman said, a 10-year-old boy, Ashiq Husain Malik son of Nazir Ahmad of Pinjoora, travelling in the Auto Load Carrier, was killed on the spot when an unknown vehicle hit the Auto near Arhama in Shopian district.
Twenty passengers were injured when an LP passenger vehicle bearing registration number Jk01L/1691 they were travelling in skidded off the road near Repora village in Chadoora area of Budgam.
The spokesman said the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment.
Police said it has registered cases in these accidents.
