JAMMU, May 5: Continuing with its efforts for positive engagement of youth of Doda, Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Delta Force, is organizing T20 Cricket Tournament in collaboration with Chenab Valley, which began today and will conclude on May 25.
A total of 20 teams will be participating in the tournament.
Dalip Singh Parihar, MLA Bhaderwah inaugurated the event today in presence of Army officials and locals at Degree College Ground, Bhaderwah.
The inaugural match was played between Malini Cricket Club and Islamia Club.
Batting first, Islamia Club scored 141 runs for the loss of 10 wickets, while Malini Cricket Club scored 142 runs for the loss of 8 wickets, thus won the match by 2 wickets.
In tomorrow’s fixture, Masood-A Bhaderwah will take on Kakol XI,Chinta.
