KATHUA, Sept 28: BJP State general secretary and MLA, Kathua Assembly Segment, Rajiv Jasrotia today kick started 6 Km blacktopping work from Chak Desa to Bedian Patan Via Bolwian, Kathua .
While addressing a large gathering, MLA said that coalition Government was committed to provide all basic amenities to the people of three regions of the State including drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, health, drainage system and education. He said that the Union government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been providing liberal funding to the State for accelerating developmental and economic activities adding that State is being developed in all respects to showcase it as a major attraction for the visiting tourists.
He apprised the people that there was no constraint of funds for completing the ongoing projects in a time bound manner. He also informed that a comprehensive plan has been formulated for up-gradation and expansion of basic facilities to provide all infrastructural facilities to the people of Constituency. He sought cooperation of the people in implementing the development programmes on ground level. The people of the area apprised the MLA about their demands and grievances and sought an immediate redressal to the same.
Responding to demands and problems of the people, MLA assured them that all their issues would be addressed in a phased manner.
