JAMMU, Aug 28: Mobile telephone services were tonight restored in all five sensitive districts of Jammu region, which were snapped since August 5.
Sources said the mobile services were restored as normal conditions prevailed in all five districts of Doda, Kishtwar, Ramban, Rajouri and Poonch.
Mobile services were snapped in these districts as precautionary measure on August 5 following abrogation of Articles 370 and 35-A and bifurcation of the State into two Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh by the centre.
However, mobile internet services remained snapped in the region while broadband services were functional.
