Model Academy organises ‘Hubs of Learning’ programme

JAMMU, Feb 19: Model Academy organized Hubs of Learning programme, aiming to foster collaborative skills among teachers. The event saw participation from esteemed institutions like Army Public School, Jammu Cantt, Regional Research Laboratory School, Air Force School and Army Public School, Domana.
Rupa Gupta, Joint Director of MIER, P.K. Srivastava, Principal and J.K. Dhiman, Vice Principal were present there as guests. Special invitees were Pushpinder Kaur, Principal of APS, Domana, and Puneet Kaur, Principal of APS, Jammu Cantt. The programme was attended by 20 faculty members from the partner schools.
“Hubs of Learning” and initiative launched by CBSE is a concept that provides a common platform aimed at embedding best practices and ideas in school communities, and to encourage the professional development of teachers, mobilize teachers, parents, students and other community partners.
Through engaging PowerPoint presentations, teachers delved into topics such as developing teaching potential, fostering high self-esteem, nurturing a mindset conducive to child development, and the pivotal role of teachers in value education.
