JAMMU, May 16: Modi Government on his fake promises was slammed by the members of National Student’s Union of India (NSUI) today here at Press Club.
The protest was started with an innovative idea in which NSUI members travelled on a cart “TANGA” and delivered the message to the public that due to hike in petrol of Rs 7 within 15 day, cart is the best alternative mean of transportation.
Besides this, NSUI members displayed the fake cheques of 15 lakh among the public by raising slogans “Modi Sarkar Mehangi Sarkar “, “Sapno ki Sarkar Modi Sarkar” and reminded them that the Prime Minister before elections had delivered promises of bringing the black money within 100 days.
The programme was held under the supervision of Uday Bhanoo Chib and Fairoz Khan, National secretaries, NSUI and was organized by Neeraj Kundan, State president, NSUI.
“We are not happy to celebrate such day but we want to aware the youth of the country that how the PM has made fool of us by making fake promises. He had promised to transfer Rs 15 lakh in every Indian’s account and bring black money back”, said Neeraj Kundan.
He further attacked the Modi Government over PMSS scheme alleging that students enrolled under the scheme in various colleges are being threatened by college authorities to leave the college in mid way of their courses.
He also flayed State BJP on maintaining silence over new recruitment policy, which is totally anti-youth.
Others present in the protest were Raqeeq Khan and Amjad Bhat, vice presidents, NSUI, Ajay Kumar, National delegate, NSUI, Sunny Parihar, district president, Jammu, NSUI and Sahil Singh Langeh, Nishant Gupta and Ranjodh Singh, State secretaries.
