MOSAJ’s Utkarsh clinches Gold at India Open Rifle Competition

JAMMU, Nov 29: In a remarkable achievement for Jammu and Kashmir, Utkarsh Khajuria, a shooter from the Mission Olympics Shooting Academy Jammu (MOSAJ), secured the Gold Medal in the Rifle Men category at the 0755 India Open Competition. The prestigious event, organized by the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI), was held at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Utkarsh put forth an exceptional performance, scoring 393 points, to clinch the top position in the highly competitive Men’s category. His victory has not only brought glory to the academy but also put Jammu and Kashmir on the map in the national shooting arena.
Under the expert guidance of Vishal Mehra and Aman Singh, Utkarsh honed his skills at the Mission Olympics Shooting Academy, showcasing both his talent and dedication to the sport.
Dilbag Singh, Patron-in-Chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Rifle Association (JKRA), along with S.S. Sodhi, President, Kuldeep Jamwal, Chairman and CEO, and DySP Sharat Chander Singh of the JKRA, congratulated Utkarsh on his outstanding performance. They expressed their pride in his achievement, which is a testament to his hard work and the growing reputation of shooting in Jammu and Kashmir.
