UDHAMPUR, Apr 28: A Motivational Lecture on ‘Career in Civil Services’ was delivered by Danish Rana, Director Sher-e-Kashmir Police Training Academy, Udhampur, under the aegis of Career Counseling and Guidance Cell in Govt College for Women, here today.
Prof (Dr) Youdhvir Singh, Principal GCW, Udhampur presented welcome address.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Prof Ravinder Kour, Dr Ashok Kumar, Prof Bhekam Pal Singh, Sudesh Kumar and Dr Mool Raj. Chief guest while delivering the lecture, emphasized that nurturing a dream is itself a motivation to achieve any goal in life and asserted that there is no substitute for hard work.
Students actively participated in the lecture and interacted with the resource person for their queries.
On this occasion, the chief guest also released the College Newsletter, “Campus News”.
In the end, Dr. Ashok Kumar Convener Career Counseling and Guidance Cell extended formal vote of thanks.
Dr Mool Raj, staff Secretary conducted the proceedings of the programme.
