JAMMU, Aug 1: A man was killed when his motorcycle was hit by a car near Sidhra here, police sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Khursheed Hussain, son of Beeru, a resident of Majin Batra near Sidhra District Jammu. He died when his motorcycle was hit by a car near Sidhra.
The body of the deceased has been handed over to family members after conducting post-mortem at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu.
The car driver identified as Vipul Sharma, son of Parmanand, a resident of Jib, District Udhampur has been arrested.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Nagrota and investigation started.
